SHIPPING & DELIVERY


We strive to process and ship out your order by the next business day.


Orders are shipped from Canada via UPS, Purolator, or Canada Post with tracking number. A notification will be sent to your email address when your order has been processed.

Orders placed before 11:59pm PST/PDT are normally processed by the end of next business day (Mondays to Fridays, excluding Canadian Federal and Provincial holidays). Delays may occur during sale events and/or periods of higher sales volume.

Tracking ✈️

  • Please refer to the tracking link in the shipping notification email to track your order.
  • Large quantity orders may be shipped in separate packages with separate tracking numbers. Items may arrive on different dates.
  • Multiple orders to the same shipping address may be packaged and shipped together with a single tracking number. 

Important! ⚠️

  • Please ensure the shipping address is complete and correct. Missing or incorrect information will cause processing delays and delivery issues. 
  • If the shipping address is a P.O. box, please ensure the P.O. Box accepts parcel deliveries.
  • If your building contains multiple units (ie. apartment/condo/flat), please provide your suite/room number to ensure successful delivery.

Shipping Rates 📦  

  • We currently ship within Canada and to the United States.
  • All rates are in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Rates may change without notice.
  • * Free shipping offer applies to the specified order amount (after discounts and before applicable taxes) as listed in the tables below. The order threshold is based on purchase of merchandise, and excludes gift card purchase amounts.
  • * Free shipping offer applies to the order's first delivery attempt only. Packages returned to us due to invalid/incorrect/incomplete address, and unclaimed/refused packages will not be eligible for free re-delivery. If you wish to have your order re-delivered, please contact us and we will be happy to arrange a re-delivery. Additional fees will apply for re-deliveries.
  • ** Delivery times do not include processing times (and customs clearance processing times for U.S. orders). Orders are typically processed by the next business day (+1 day). Couriers may require one additional business day for processing after receiving the package in their facility. Transit times are estimates only and do not take into account delays such as customs clearance, holidays, inclement weather, natural disaster, postal work disruptions, and any unforeseen circumstances. 

Shipping within Canada   

  • Orders to Canadian addresses are shipped via UPS, Purolator, or Canada Post and includes a tracking number.
  • Customers will not be charged import duties, custom brokerage fee, or currency exchange. Enjoy hassle-free shopping experience!

Shipping to the United States

  • TRACKING: Orders to USA addresses are shipped via Canada Post/USPS without a tracking number. Optional tracking number can be purchased at checkout. Simply log in to your account to track your package, or track your package at Canada Post online using the tracking number. You may also track using USPS online after the package has crossed into the U.S. border.
  • DELIVERY TIMES**: 4-8 business days.
  • For US orders, Canadian sales tax do not apply. Any customs fees, duties, and/or taxes upon package entry into the U.S. are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Orders to A.P.O., F.P.O., and D.P.O. addresses may experience extended delivery times.

Canada Post Delivery Schedule

Deliveries within Canada are made on Mondays to Fridays, excluding Canadian Federal holidays. When a holiday falls on a Saturday or Sunday, the post office closure may be applied to the next business day. As such, there will be no delivery of mail on holidays or on days in-lieu-of holiday. Please note that delivery is unaffected on provincial Family Day holidays, Louis Riel Day (Manitoba) and Islander Day (P.E.I.).
